Compassion Crew

Practical, hands-on support when grief makes daily life feel impossible. You don't have to do it alone.

    When grief makes everything hard

In the early days and weeks of loss, even the simplest tasks can feel overwhelming. Cooking a meal. Getting groceries. Driving to an appointment. These everyday things can become mountains when you're deep in grief.

The Compassion Crew is a team of trained volunteers who provide practical, tangible support to people and families navigating loss. We show up with meals, help with errands, offer rides, and provide gentle, quiet companionship.

We don't wait for you to ask for something specific. We simply show up and say, "How can I help today?" — and then we do it.
